You know how you look at something and think OK I’ll remember that? Well I can’t remember. Antwat I have a customer in a bank and a 70’s(?) era thermostats. I just took over this building and they told me that they were told to just turn the A/C off/on on the control panel in the basement. Pitifull I know. But, I don’t know how to work on it, no books, no experience with this type. All of my buildings are old. So I am hoping someone will see this and be able to help me in the future. i will get the name off the thermostats and see if anyone can tell me how they are supposed to work and maybe can give me some written info. I can troubleshoot just about anything, but U just need some background to understand the process so you can think like the unit, right? Anyway, I hope you all can help, cause it will not only help me, but make my life easier and my customer/clients more comforatble. Knowledge is everything in the service industry. I love to learn, I just need to know where to look. These units range from chillers to split systems, boilers, etc. So please help me. jackyabilene@aol.com

I think someone in our community can help. First, you are correct if we can get the name of the thermostat and part number and some pictures we will be able to identify what you have.
