  1. Distech was in the running for several categories, got close but did not quite make the finals, they make great stuff, hopefully they will make it next year !

  2. Interesting seeing the difference between the US and Europe in relation to the types of system in use and in a more dominant commercial position. In the UK Trend Controls have a massive Market share where as Distech, ACI & Viconics are virtually none existent. It’s great to see the Controls Market going from strength to strength, May this year saw the BCIA awards here in the UK which was the industries biggest awards to date. You never know maybe one of us Brits could visit you one day soon.

    Regards
    Paul Murphy

  3. Paul, Thanks so much for reaching out. We had no idea about the BCIA awards. They are really spectacular. We would love to get the Brits involved with the ControlTrends Awards. Any ideas on how we could get our HVAC friends in England involved in voting for this years awards?

  4. Good Afternoon,

We are also Brit members of the BCIA, this could be raised at the next members meeting to see if there is interest in voting for your CTA awards. How does your organisation work, do you need to be a member to attend the awards event. I would be interested to come to your event with a colleague in January if this is possible. I also believe there is a Infocon Session following the CTA that would also be of interest.

  5. Admiring the time and energy you put into your blog and detailed information you present.
It’s good to come across a bloog every once in a while that isn’t the sqme out
of date rehashed information. Wonderful read! I’ve blokmarked your site and I’m including your RSS feeds too my Google account.
