Ken Sinclair, owner and editor of Automated Buildings, has chronicled the slow rate of change within in our industry, citing in particular, the compelling need to change the vendor-centric unconnected world of traditional marketing of our products and services. Join Ken and a host of industry experts at the 17th Educational Sessions being held at the AHR EXPO 2016, Orlando, FL.
Excerpts from Ken’s September 2015 editorial: I am extremely pleased with the industry support I am receiving helping me define “the possible of connected buildings” because this clear definition of the possible is helping us define the transformational changes we all need to make. Change is a slow process. There is an ancient Chinese proverb that goes: “When the wind of change blows, some people build walls, others build windmills.”
We have all been talking about change for a long time; from our 2008 mission statement; AutomatedBuildings.com is committed to the continuance of our existing work plus the creation and nurturing of a community of change agents, to lead those who will accept change and convince those who resist.
Very pleased to be doing our 17th Education Sessions at AHR Expo 2016 in Orlando. It is themed “Transformational Change for Building Automation”. Pleased to be joined by these industry experts to help us all better understand the change upon us:
