Frank Lloyd Wright lived to be 92 years old. He watched the world change dramatically from horse and buggy to the launch of the Sputnik rocket. He was, in many respects, the first architect to envision and pursue the uniquely American version of optimal form and function. His living and working designs were based on the tenets of — live more beautifully; engage in the physical world around you; and live a happier, more fulfilled life — everyday, in the buildings and spaces that serve as the constant constructs of your world. It seems, these are the very same ideals that we are striving for in our smart, connected buildings — of today.
