When a demand response event occurs, a central system sends an event or price signal through the internet, directly to your automated control system (energy management system). Your preset load reduction strategy is then applied throughout your facility. You’ll always have the option to override Auto-DR signals as needed or revise your program strategy. Through our Auto-DR Express or Customized Technology Incentives, you may qualify for incentives to offset the purchase and installation costs of technology and equipment that enables Auto-DR.
