To better serve our partners, we have implemented a new tool for support requests. This will enable us to utilize our global team to provide 24/7 service, ensure that no request is overlooked, measure our effectiveness, and identify recurring problems. NEW – RMA Procedure
You asked and we have delivered. For our Americas partners, you have the option of sending your RMAs stateside (Ohio). Effective immediately, you can continue to email the RMA form or you can use an online form for EasyIO products. This is for all defective products within warranty. Of course, you can also send to Malaysia if you prefer.

We will be making other infrastructure changes in the near future.

Product Spotlight – The MIG The MIG-FE gateway integrates legacy systems. The MIG normalizes the data and behavior of diverse devices, regardless of manufacturer or communication protocol, to enable implementation of internet-connected, web-based systems. The MIG is available from Maxline. Drivers are ordered separately.

Case Study – 10 Trinity Square London (UK) This former office building is now used as a residential building and hotel with a spa. It has seven levels above the ground and three below, 41 apartments and a 100 bed hotel. 250 FC-20 controllers, 40 FG-32+ controllers, 12 FG-20+ controllers, 30 SH-FX-RP-A displays and 40 SystemView 9” tablets are used in this retrofit project executed by our UK partner SSE Enterprise Energy Solutions. About Case Studies… We often get requests for case studies, use cases and references. As the manufacturer, we have to rely on our partners as we do not have a direct relationship with the contractor or customer. It benefits all to share a customer experience as everyone can use documented testimonials. If you have a potential case study, we would like to work with you to develop and promote it.
