He has presented his work on social media intelligence at Oxford University, NATO, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as well as global marketing conferences and private events. He has given keynote speeches on behaviour design, time well spent experiences and digital wellness at such places as Google, Spredfast Smart Social, and The Guardian.
