Review: Chiller Training Class at Stromquist & Company a Success!

Our customers spoke and we listened.  After many requests to add a Chiller class to the Stromquist training lineup, we did and the first one was a great success!  It was taught by our newest employee, Tim Chamblee, who has an indepth background with chillers – in both working on them and teaching about them.  The two-day class covered components used in chilled water systems, chiller operation and energy costs, cooling towers, pumps, and much more.

From the evaluations we received, all the students in the full class were very satisfied with the class and the instructor.  Here are some of the comments we received:

“I felt very good on what Tim presented to the class.  The flow was steady, and I had time to learn as we go and understand.”  Troy Martin, Renaissance Waverly Hotel

The best thing about the class was the “presentation and how it relates to real life applications.” Victor King, Behringer Harvard

“[Tim is] well educated and applied information from basic to advanced.” Doug Maria, Anchor Heating and Air

“[The class] was not over anyone’s head, and when it went that way, it was well explained.” Jerry Baldia, Capital City Mechanical

We also received some constructive reviews on things people would like to see added to the agenda, and we will work on making those changes to improve on future classes.  Speaking of future classes, if you missed out on this one, you’re in luck – we have another scheduled for November 2 and 3.  The first class filled up so quickly, we immediately saw the need to open a second one, which is almost full already.  We have only 5 spots left, so if you want to attend click on the “Training” tab at the top of the page and get registered today.
