Barry was instrumental when I was handed the daunting task of rehabbing our warehouse operations! He took the time to give on-site personal assistance at our warehouse and has always given a helping hand where he could to me!
I recently had the opportunity to have Barry go with me on a few sales calls to controls contractors. His deep product knowledge was helpful in bringing on one new contractor for ICD and ACI. I hope we can tag team on a few more next year.
As a design services firm in cost conscious industries, we need to leverage our Supply Chain in order for Realtime to have a competitive advantage. We are constantly asking Barry and ACI if they can do this customization of a base product for a reasonable cost… and most times it just happens!
