We discuss the “Roger Rebennack Experience” (you have to check this out) and Roger’s thoughts on the 2016 Niagara Summit and N4, and how Honeywell is taking the N4 platform to a whole new level in smart buildings controls and integration.

DaveCHoneywell’s Dave Cote on Surviving Digital Darwinism. The title of this discussion caught my attention. When I saw that one of the people on the panel was Honeywell CEO Dave Cote, I had to watch and I am glad I did. How do we survive in the digital age? Will Darwinism be the new normal? Among other things Dave, points out that we will continue with digital to digital interfaces but the new digital frontier will be digital to physical interfaces. Honeywell has been focusing on this dimension and is poised to capitalize on this emerging trend. What does Dave think about Nest? Will technology in the Digital Darwinism Age be a differentiation or a commoditization? Thought provoking questions and great answers. I am very impressed with what I heard from Dave and Honeywell’s role in the new digital frontier.
