We have completely redesigned the site and focused on improving functionality to make it simpler and more intuitive to use. With the new site’s simplified navigation and improved functionality, your user experience will be much more efficient.

Over the past few weeks, we have hosted training seminars for those most affected by the changes. If you missed the sessions, don’t worry. The new site will host a series of video tutorials and training documents demonstrating the updated features.
The site will go down at 7 pm EDT/ 11 pm UTC on October 11 and should be back up by 7 pm EDT/11 pm UTC on October 13. We will send an email to notify you when the new site is up. During the change over time, Tridium sales support will be on call to assist you with any licensing emergency that may arise.
