PLEASANT HILL, CALIF., June 3, 2015 – Today, Bay Area-based systems integrator and building services company Controlco announced the sale of the Industrial Process Control and Instrumentation portion of its business to Wilson Mohr, a Relevant Solutions Company. Industrial products for such industries as food & beverage, and oil & gas will now be sold by the trusted distributor headquartered in Texas. Controlco’s three California offices that served the industrial industry – Bakersfield, Modesto and San Diego – along with 11 employees are being transitioned into the Wilson Mohr family.

The company is now directing its focus to the Internet of Things and delivering automation solutions for the commercial buildings industry as it changes with the proliferation of big data. Controlco is also expanding its data centers to host increasing amounts of data for large buildings and building portfolios as well as offering enhanced options for IoT-Buildings.
