Our community lost one of its truly great members over the weekend. It is with a heavy heart that we report the passing of Mike Schwan. Mike passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

Change is inevitable. The rate of change can vary. In my almost forty years in HVAC and Smart Building Controls I have managed and dealt with many different types of change, but never have I seen changes occur so rapidly. How does one manage this frequent and epic changes?
