Let’s Get Wet: The Right Way to Do Smart Building Differential Pressure Control

stromquist.com is a master distributor of smart building controls

I am a video nerd, I believe that if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a well-done video gives you everything you need to know to make a good decision and is enjoyable to watch. Our friends at ACI have nailed it on two fronts: 1) the A/WPR is an amazingly easy to install and configure wet to wet differential pressure transmitter and 2) they have created a captivating and informative video to communicate all you need to know about the product without saying a word! I could say more, but just check out the video.

If you like the video, consider nominating it for the 2017 ControlTrends Awards Most Impactful Marketing Collateral (Video, Product Rollout, etc…) of the Year, or just vote for ACI. Click here to nominate and feel free to email the ballot to your network, but hurry the nomination period ends soon.

Just in case you like to read:

ACI has added a new option to the A/WPR Series! This new product has been very well received based on its ability to save on installation and set up time. It also has range and output flexibility. The final piece is an oversized display option which provides valuable real-time information including High, Low and Differential Pressure readings. The A/WPR2 Series Remote Wet to Wet Differential Pressure Transmitter is designed to reduce installation time and provide mounting flexibility, often eliminating the need for additional plumbing. They accurately measure wet media pressures in a variety of applications. Commonly used for monitoring pumps, these devices are also ideal for measuring pressure across filters, heat exchangers, and compressors. The A/WPR2’s enclosure opens conveniently to allow it to be reconfigured between three additional ranges (see order grid) and outputs of 4 to 20 mA (default), 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC. The A/WPR2 Series can measure both uni or bi-directional pressure ranges as low as 10 psi and as high as 300 psi, depending on the unit. The A/WPR2 also features a push-button auto-zero function for remote calibration. The LCD option will display pressure values for both the High and Low side pressures, a differential pressure value, “OVR” for values over the specified range, “ERROR” for differential pressures out of range, and “ZERO” when the auto-zero is in process. The A/WPR2 Series is covered by ACI’s Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. The warranty can be found in the front of ACI’s Sensors & Transmitters catalog.
