We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Niagara Summit! Here are some final details:
Hotel: The host hotel’s Niagara Summit room block is sold out. Please contact the Hyatt Regency New Orleans at (504) 561-1234 to make alternative arrangements.
Airport shuttle: Click here to reserve a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
Guests: Registered guests are invited to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening and can join attendees for meals on Monday and Tuesday. For access to the Niagara 4 training session or Developer Bootcamp on Sunday, and the breakout sessions on Monday and Tuesday, guest registrations would have to be changed to attendee.
Event check-in at the Hyatt Regency: A photo ID will be required for check-in at the registration desk. Registration desk hours of operation (local time):
Saturday, April 14: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, April 15: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday, April 16: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, April 17: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Welcome Reception: Join us Sunday evening for some New Orleans-style festivities at Champions Square! The evening begins at the Hyatt Regency, where we will gather at 5:30 p.m. near the Empire Ballroom on Level Two to be paraded to Champions Square for dinner and entertainment from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dress code: Enjoy the Niagara Summit in comfort. It’s business casual throughout the event, even during the Welcome Reception and Gala Reception & Dinner.
Gala Reception & Dinner: We will conclude the event with a Gala Reception & Dinner on Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required for both attendees and guests.
Tridium contact onsite: Tridium staff will be available at the registration desk and on the trade show floor. Please feel free to let us know if you have questions or need assistance.
