Are you wanting to get more exercise but just need a little more motivation? As a part of our Wellness Program at Stromquist, we are currently participating in a Summer Exercise Challenge that includes weekend run/walks for employees, family members and friends. We would like to extend an invitation for our local Control Trends followers to join us as well.
The next Stromquist Day Out run/walk is scheduled for Saturday, June 23 at 8:00 a.m. at Swift-Cantrell Park in Kennesaw. Below is a link for directions or more information on the park. Lace up your best walking or running shoes and meet us there! If you can’t make it this time, stay posted for the next Stromquist Day Out. We aim to do them at least once a month at various locations in the metro Atlanta area.
